Welcome Message

Introduction

It gives me a great pleasure to have the opportunity to welcome you to the Department of Architectural Engineering's Webpage.

Our architectural engineering program and department activities reflect an outcomes-oriented approach, adopting hands-on active learning and emphasizing professional competency and skills building of our students. We are fortunate to be part of the university's ongoing extraordinary implementation in merging information technology applications in higher education.

We capitalize on these opportunities by introducing to our students new and innovative approaches to knowledge delivery, use of computational design tools, and other means of communicating knowledge effectively. We aim to prepare our students to be effective players in shaping and improving the built environment in the UAE and beyond.
